1. South Of The Border Baked Potato Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • 1/3 Cup of Salsa (Mild)
  • 10 Ounces of Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 3 Whole Scallions (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Sour Cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash the potatoes and poke each one with a fork to prepare for cooking.

  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 4 Small Yellow Squash (Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Cauliflower (Steamed)
